My name is Mercedes Montaño Taboada, I’m a proud SCCS alumna, Class of 1996. I majored in Business at the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz and went on to get a Master’s Degree in Human Resources at Escuela Europea de Negocios in Salamanca, Spain. After that, I worked for three years at MAINTER, as International Business Manager for agrochemicals in Asia and India. After giving birth to my daughter, I went on to work on the family business as a part-time Finance Manager where I stayed until the year 2017. In 2018 I came to SCCS as a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher and went on to become the Elementary Technology Teacher for 2019/2020. In the year 2020/2021 I became the teacher for 5th grade B, this is my second year as a classroom teacher, and I am loving it.
