Ambreen Ali
HS/MS Specialists
Ambreen Ali is from Houston, Texas where she was last serving a middle school as their 8th Grade Assistant Principal and supervising the Math Department. Ambreen has a Masters in Curriculum Development from the University of Denver. Along the way she also procured a degree in Educational Leadership from Michigan State University and a Certification from University of St. Thomas.
Ambreen has been in education for over twenty years where she taught self-contained 5th and 6th grade for a number of years. She was then selected to serve as the Math Instructional Specialist for Houston Independent School District for 15 of the Elementary Schools.
Houston Independent School District awards one campus-level and one districtwide instructional coach each year for their outstanding contributions to building instructional capacity and positively impacting student achievement. Most recently in 2019 Ambreen was awarded the prestigious Ann Sledge Instructional Coach Excellence Award on behalf of the district as Instructional Leader on Campus.
